First Restaurant is NOW Open at University Town Center
September 29th, 2007, Washington DC -- University Town Center is pleased to announce that the first of 12 restaurants is now open.
Qdoba Mexican Grille – located on America Boulevard, just off East West Highway is opening this afternoon. Qdoba Mexican Grill is a 3,100 square foot restaurant and will be open for lunch and dinner.
"This is a really exciting time for us at UTC," said Tim Taylor, Vice President of Leasing at UTC. "Our student housing opened last August, the Hyattsville Royale 14 opened in June, our residents are moving in but it's the retail that provides the common thread and links the various uses to create a true town center," said Taylor.
